Job Description
The Digital Account Manager is the primary contact and point of coordination between our clients and our internal team. You will communicate with clients about how their campaign is performing, while keeping an eye on their results using Google Analytics and our campaign performance dashboard. You will be managing multiple campaigns, so time management and attention to detail is an important part of the job. You will have an incredible support team behind you to help give you all the tools you need to succeed at the job. The primary goal of the Account Manager position is client retention.
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact between the client and 1point21
- Establish strong working relationships with internal marketing team, sales team and clients
- Create and deliver monthly analytics reports to our clients
- Review Google analytics
- Work with marketing team and sales team to answer client questions and provide marketing recommendations for improved performance
- Recommend appropriate marketing products that will help our clients
- Ensure account retention
Desired Experience & Skills
- 2+ years as a digital account manager within an agency or in-house team
- Digital marketing experience
- BA/BS degree
- Experience with CMS such as WordPress
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively and across disciplines
- A passion for helping clients succeed
Compensation
- $65k – 90k + bonus potential
