We are currently looking for a Digital Account Manager who is passionate about helping clients succeed in the digital marketing world.
Job Description
The Digital Account Manager is the primary contact and point of coordination between clients and our internal team.
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact between the client and 1point21
- Establish strong working relationships with internal marketing team, sales team and clients
- Create and deliver monthly analytics reports to our clients
- Review Google analytics
- Work with marketing team and sales team to answer client questions and provide marketing recommendations for improved performance
- Ensure account retention
Desired Experience & Skills
- 2+ years as a digital account manager within an agency or in-house team
- BA/BS degree
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals
- Experience with CMS such as WordPress
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively and across disciplines
- A passion for helping clients succeed
